The Focus-N-Fly program offers a flexible and proven system to assist runners at every level in preparing for a marathon or half marathon. This online coach leads you right up until race day on 10/31/10.

Also, if you register for the race and the FNF program before July 1, you will receive an automatic 10% discount off your entry. All you have to do is sign-up for one of the MSVM events; check off the Focus-N-Fly box on the registration page and you will be set up with an exceptional training group.

San Jose Fit is a comprehensive, low-cost, fun, exciting, easy-to-follow, 28-week program designed to take YOU to the finish line!
